With the theme of "Cantonese cuisine", this festival invites a team of Guangdong Cantonese chefs made up by six Shunde chefs led by Chinese culinary master Lian Gengming, unites with the local government, famous French restaurants and catering groups and carries out a two-week “Cantonese cuisine” gourmet promotion activity in the forms of local food tasting, industry exchanges, interactive teaching, media interviews and etc., showing the demeanor of “Guangdong gourmet" and creating a trend of Cantonese food in France.
